Northlich
Kathy was named President and CEO and majority owner of Northlich in January 2008 after nearly eight years of increasing responsibility at the company. Her unique experiences as a business owner, corporate executive and consultant have helped Northlich chart a course for expansion, which has included strategic acquisitions of digital and public relations firms, as well as enhancing Northlich's own media and brand planning capabilities. Kathy believes in nurturing talented, bright and creative people and giving them the room and tools they need to do their job.
She joined Northlich in 2000 after more than 20 years of leadership and hands-on experience with major corporations such as Arthur Anderson & Company (now Accenture), Federated Department Stores (now Macy’s) and Coca-Cola Bottling Group (now part of Coca-Cola Enterprises).
Kathy holds a BA in economics and an MBA from the University of Cincinnati, where she sits on the Business Advisory Council at the College of Business. She is a trustee and president of the board of the Cincinnati Ballet Company, regional director of the American Association of Advertising Agencies board of directors, member of the Cincinnati USA Regional Chamber of Commerce Agenda 360º, an executive member of the Women’s Foodservice Forum and a mentor at Oyler Elementary School.
